Abstract

The role of the clergy undergoes profound transformations in the social and cultural context that the Sardinian society knows between the fifties and seventies of the '900. Trained in a very different reality, the clergy is experiencing the new course, but at the same time, even before the crisis of vocations, and with an open confrontation among the various components of the Church, matures, especially in its younger components, more careful and updated, an effort to outline a new identity and awareness of cultural and pastoral updating.
