Dr. Cocco follows undergraduates mainly on the basis of the following thematic lines:
Diatopic variations of Spanish (variants of Peninsular Spanish, American Spanish)
Spanish in contact with other languages ??(Spanglish, Anglicisms, borrowings from other languages, Spanish in Sardinia)
Specialized languages ??(Spanish for tourism, advertising, politics, etc.)
Translation analysis
Studies based on existing corpora or specially created micro-corpus
The teacher reserves the right to evaluate with the student other types of job proposals not specified here.
Once agreements have been made with Dr. Cocco, it is
necessary to fill in, print and sign the thesis request
form (see link below) and deliver a copy to the teacher
and one to the presidential secretariat in via san Giorgio
12.
Please note that the student is required to sign a form
(see link below) in which he declares that he is
responsible for the originality of his final paper and that
any plagiarism (a criminal offense) will be attributable
only to him. The form must be attached to the final
version of the thesis.
