2006- 2007: The new local welfare: towards a perspective of integration and co-planning. Department of Health, Hygiene, and Social Assistance - Sardinia Region

2000- 2003: He was a consultant to Software Developers for the design of a Data Warehouse for monitoring health expenditure (Campania Region)

1994- 1997: He was the promoter of the Observatory Project on School Dropout (ODS) which provides for the collaboration between the Department of Mathematics and Statistics of the University of Naples and the Municipal Administration of Naples (Department of Education). During this period he collaborated in the drafting of ODS Notebooks and Bulletins. He designed, in collaboration with Olivetti of Naples, the information and IT system of the ODS. He designed the ODS relational database in Oracle environment
