1.    GIOVANNI SISTU (UNICA)
Full Professor of Economic and Political Geography in the Department of Political and Social Sciences. His research interests include environmental policies and local development.

2.    GIOVANNI DE FALCO (IAS-CNR)
Researcher operating in the INSTITUTE FOR THE STUDY OF HUMAN IMPACT AND SUSTAINABILITY IN THE MARINE ENVIRONMENT (IAS CNR), Oristano section His research areas are Marine Geology, Coastal Morphodynamics, Seafloor Mapping, Sedimentology, Stratigraphy.

3.    FILIPPO MENGA (University of Bergamo)
Associate Professor of Geography at the University of Bergamo in Italy. His research draws on political ecology, political geography, and development studies to advance an innovative approach to the study of water politics, particularly in relation to hydraulic infrastructure, global water networks and governance, and the dialectics of sustainability. Prof. Menga is also Editor-in-Chief of the journal Political Geography.
 
8.    VANIA STATZU (Medsea Foundation)
Researcher in political science, majoring in economics with a focus on environmental economics and policy. She worked on the identification and monetary valuation of ecosystem services.
Since 2003, she supports public and private actors in the analysis of environmental, economic, and social data. In particular she was part of the team that supported regional staff in defining and monitoring the Regional Sustainable Development Strategy (UN SDGs 2030) of the Autonomous Region of Sardinia.

9.    VALERIA SAIU (UNICA)
Assistant Professor in Appraisal and Evaluation at the Department of Civil, Environmental and Architectural Engineering (DICAAR) at the University of Cagliari. Since 2004, she has participated in studies, research, and projects related to the development of approaches and tools for the analysis, evaluation, and definition of guidelines for planning, urban design, and sustainable regeneration of the territory and cities. She is a member of the Working Group of the Network of Universities for Sustainable Development (RUS) at the University of Cagliari.

10.    PIERPAOLO ROGGERO (UNISS)
Full Professor of Agro ecology at University of Sassari (UNISS). He is Director of the Agricultural Department at UNISS.
Prof. Roggero research fields are Agroecology, Agro-silvopastoral systems, Climate change adaptation.

11.    RAFFAELE CATTEDRA (UNICA)
Full Professor of Geography at University of Cagliari. He works on urban and territorial issues using a comparative approach. His research deals with problems focusing on city, public spaces, cultural heritage, migrations and globalization processes.

12.    MAURIZIO MEMOLI (UNICA)
Full Professor of Economic-Political Geography at University of Cagliari. His research interests include Historical, philosophical, pedagogical and psychological sciences.

13.    DANIELE AMOROSO (UNICA)
Associate Professor of International and EU Law at the Department of Law of the University of Cagliari. He teaches “International and EU law”, “International Environmental Law & Policy” and “International Economic Law” at the University of Cagliari.

14.    MARTA DEBOLINI (UNICA)
Senior scientist at the Institute for Climate Resilience (ICR) – IAFES Division of the CMCC. She works mainly on agricultural and farming systems dynamics, land use change modeling, ecosystem services from agro-ecosystems, adaptation of farming systems to climate change, in particular related to the use of water resources.

15.    FILIPPO MAGNI (IUAV)
Researcher in Urban Planning and Techniques at the IUAV University of Venice. He teaches at IUAV within the Laboratory of Territorial Planning for Climate Change.

16.    GIANLUCA COCCO (R.A.S.)
Commander of the Forestry and Environmental Protection Corps of the Autonomous Region of Sardinia (R.A.S.).He has been director of the Environmental Sustainability, Strategic Assessment and Information Systems Service (SVASI) at the General Directorate for Environmental Protection of the Autonomous Region of Sardinia (R.A.S.). He coordinated the definition of the Regional Sustainable Development Strategy (SRSvS) and the Regional Strategy for Adaptation to Climate Change (SRACC) of the Autonomous Region of Sardinia.

17.    FRANCESCO MUREDDU (LISBON COUNCIL)
Senior researcher at the Lisbon Council. He researches on innovation and technology policies with a special focus on digital transformation, big data, artificial intelligence, eGovernment, smart cities, social innovation, future science and citizen science.

18.    MARTIN HEIBEL(INTERREG NEXT MED)
Communication Manager at the Office of the Managing Authority of the INTERREG NEXT MED Program.
