In order to improve the delivery of our teaching and services offered to students, recommendations, complaints and suggestions are collected and analysed, in accord with University statutes with respect to the Student Ombudsman . Recommendations with respect to teaching may include

• teaching activities
• lecture timetables
• student consultation hours with lecturers
• student-lecturer ratios
• exams for formal assessment
• problems in teaching support
• maintenance issues in lecture rooms and laboratories used for teaching

If you have specific requests, suggestions or complaints in regard  to a teaching activity or lecturer, you may send a confidential email to the Coordinator of the Degree Course at coordinatore.chimica@unica.it for a prompt resolution.

To provide suggestions to the Council of the Degree Course, propose improvements and/or raise general problems, you may contact your student representatives to bring issues to the attention of the Council.
