How to Become a PhD Student

We welcome applications from students holding a Master’s degree. Applicants are required to submit a research proposal.

The selection of candidates and their projects will involve the following steps:

• Evaluation of academic qualifications;
• Evaluation of the research proposal;
• An interview that will aim to ascertain the candidate's ability to orient on the main areas of study inherent in the PhD course and the proposed project. This will help to verify his/her analysis, processing and communication skills;
• Assessment of English language proficiency.
