MOBILITY FOR STUDYING

Learning Agreement

Before your arrival, you must design your study programme and prepare your Learning Agreement (LA). Your LA must be discussed with your Erasmus supervisor at your Home University. Please consult your Home University for specific instructions regarding the Learning Agreement. Incoming students can take any exam offered by UniCA (see the list at the provided link), but about half of the ECTS credits must be earned through DIEE courses for the LA to be accepted. If you plan to carry out your thesis project at UniCA, please remember that it’s your responsibility to find a professor who matches your topic and contact them in advance to request supervision.

Once the LA is ready, it can be submitted through the EWP Dashboard (link). The responsible person at the Receiving Institution is the Erasmus Department Coordinator (Mario Porru, mario.porru@unica.it). You can amend your LA up to one month after your arrival by completing the Changes section. Any amendment must comply with the constraint on the number of ECTS credits earned through DIEE courses. The LA and any changes must always be signed by the student, then by the sending institution, and finally by the receiving institution, in this mandatory order.

You are allowed to present your LA in PDF only if your Home University is not on the Erasmus Dashboard. When it is approved and signed by your Erasmus supervisor at your Home University, you can send it via email to the DIEE Erasmus Department Coordinator for their approval copying erasmus.ingarc@unica.it.

DOCUMENTS:

You can request an Arrival Certificate from the Incoming office at incoming@unica.it. Attach the template requested by your university (if any) and the boarding pass of your arrival flight/ferry.

At the end of your mobility, contact the Incoming office to obtain your Attendance certificate and ToR. Send them any forms requested by your home university, along with your return ticket or boarding pass.

MOBILITY FOR TRAINEESHIP

Students willing to undertake an internship at DIEE are warmly invited to contact professors or laboratories they wish to join. Alternatively, they must submit a list of desired supervisors, along with their academic CVs, to the Erasmus Department Coordinator (Mario Porru, mario.porru@unica.it). Available traineeship supervisors and topics are available at this link.

INCOMING STAFF

MOBILITY FOR TEACHING

Mobility for teaching experience must be planned well in advance: we kindly require to send your application by

• 31 January, for teaching experience during the second semester at UNICA (March – July + September);
• 31 August, for teaching experience during the first semester at UNICA (October – February).

Applications must be sent to the Erasmus Department Coordinator (Mario Porru, mario.porru@unica.it) and the International Relations Office - Ismoka (incomingstaff@unica.it) and must include:

• main information of the proposed course/seminar/workshop (download and fill out this form);
• an academic CV.

Once the teaching experience is approved, the Learning Agreement must be sent signed by the teaching staff member and the sending institution to the same contacts as before.

ERASMUS STUDIO

Domanda di Partecipazione

Al momento della presentazione della domanda di partecipazione al bando Erasmus Studio vi verrà chiesto di selezionare 7 sedi prioritarie tra quelle che hanno stipulato un accordo con il DIEE. È FONDAMENTALE verificare l’offerta formativa delle università PRIMA DI SCEGLIERLE, consultando i siti web dei corsi di studio di riferimento.

La mancata verifica dell’offerta formativa potrebbe comportare l’assegnazione di una sede priva di insegnamenti ed esami utili, con la conseguente impossibilità di realizzare la mobilità.

Learning Agreement

Il Learning Agreement (LA) è il programma di studi che intendete svolgere presso la sede estera e deve SEMPRE essere concordato con il referente Erasmus del vostro Corso di studi. Prima della partenza, è necessario seguire i seguenti passaggi:

1. proporre il programma di studio al referente Erasmus (chiedete loro eventuali informazioni o form che vi aiutino nella progettazione del vostro programma di studi);

2. caricare il LA su piattaforma EWP tramite questo link;

3. approvazione del learning agreement da parte del docente referente di UNICA;

4. approvazione del learning agreement da parte della sede estera;

5. invio del LA firmato allo sportello Erasmus di facoltà.

ATTENZIONE: La compilazione del vecchio LA in formato PDF, tramite il form disponibile nella modulistica, è consentita SE e SOLO SE la sede ospitante non è attiva sulla piattaforma EWP.

Il Learning Agreement dovrà prevedere attività formative per almeno tre ECTS/mese di mobilità (ad eccezione della mobilità per tesi magistrale). Il Learning Agreement può essere modificato dopo l’arrivo presso l’Istituzione ospitante, utilizzando l’apposita sezione “During the Mobility” o “Changes”. Se modificato, il LA dovrà essere di nuovo approvato dai referenti delle due università e inviato allo sportello Erasmus di facoltà.

NB: Nessuna attività didattica svolta all’estero potrà essere convalidata se non inserita nel Learning Agreement approvato.

ERASMUS TRAINEESHIP

Per il tirocinio Erasmus non esiste una lista di università o aziende con cui UniCA abbia accordi interistituzionali. Ogni studente o studentessa potrà scegliere un’azienda o un’università in base alle proprie aspirazioni e interessi, nel paese in cui vorrebbe svolgere l’esperienza. Potete provare a chiedere a docenti che trattano argomenti di vostro interesse o candidarvi presso le aziende contattandole direttamente tramite i loro recapiti e proponendovi come tirocinanti. Specificare che si beneficerà di una borsa di studio Erasmus può aiutare la candidatura.

Al momento della presentazione della candidatura al bando Erasmus Traineeship non è obbligatorio avere già l’accettazione da parte di un’azienda ospitante. Tuttavia, prima dell’inizio del tirocinio è obbligatorio consegnare il Training Agreement ad ISMOKA (via email a ismoka_tirocini@unica.it), firmato dal referente Erasmus del Corso di Studi e dall’azienda ospitante.
