The calendar of degree examinations is defined annually by each course of study, in accordance with the provisions of the University Teaching Regulations and current legislation.

Candidates are advised that:

• candidates must upload their presentation to Moodle by 1 p.m. on the day of the qualifying examination;
• candidates are invited to contact the co-examiners.
• candidates are invited to bring identification to the final examination.

Please note that for the discussion of the degree thesis, the presentation must be prepared in both PowerPoint and PDF format in order to avoid any last-minute incompatibility issues.

Please note that the use of “Speaker Mode” will not be permitted under any circumstances.

Candidates must also use:

• standard fonts such as Arial, Times New Roman, Times and Calibri,
• any images in jpeg format,
• any videos as per Microsoft instructions in mp4 format with H. 264 video encoding (also known as MPEG-4 AVC),
• any audio in AAC format.

We cannot respond to the use of ppt (PowerPoint) files containing fonts, photos or videos with characteristics other than those indicated.
