The Bachelor's Degree (CdL) in Nursing qualifies graduates to practise the healthcare profession of Nursing and belongs to the Class of degrees in Healthcare Professions, Nursing and Midwifery L/SNT1.
Nurses are responsible for preventive, curative, palliative and rehabilitative nursing care, as well as technical, relational and educational care. Their main function is disease prevention, care for the sick and disabled of all ages, and health education. Nurses carry out their professional activities in public or private healthcare facilities, in the community and in home care, either as employees or as freelancers.

The degree programme has a limited number of places with nationally programmed access, is part of the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery, and lasts three years. 

The degree programme requires the acquisition of 180 credits and is structured around compulsory lectures, seminars, laboratory activities, and compulsory training placements organised in various hospitals in the area.
