In order to improve the provision of teaching and services to students, without prejudice to the provisions of the University Statute concerning the scope of intervention of the Student Guarantor, suggestions, reports and complaints of an educational nature are promptly collected and analysed, concerning in particular but not exclusively
- the teachings;
- the timetable of lessons
- lecturers' reception hours;
- the student-faculty ratio;
- profit examinations;
- dysfunctions in teaching support;
- maintenance work on the facilities in which teaching is delivered.
