At the end of the final year of the program, each PhD student submits a written report to the College on the study and research activities carried out and the results achieved, which is presented in a public session. The College, after consulting each supervising tutor, formulates a judgment on the activities carried out by the PhD student and decides on their admission to the final exam. The judgment, attached to the thesis, is transmitted to the examination committee for the awarding of the degree. The procedure for obtaining the PhD degree is conducted in accordance with the University's PhD regulations.
