TARGET GROUP: Managers of international teams, or people who are new to leading international teams.

COURSE DESCRIPTION: Today’s workplaces are increasingly global, diverse, and interconnected. Leading effectively across cultures therefore requires a strong understanding of cultural differences and the ability to adapt one’s leadership approach to different people and contexts. This course provides practical knowledge, tools, and techniques to help participants manage diverse teams and unlock the value of cross-cultural collaboration. By developing greater cultural awareness, managers can build trust, prevent misunderstandings, strengthen professional relationships, and adapt business strategies more effectively across different cultural environments. The course will support participants in becoming more confident, inclusive, and effective leaders in international and multicultural settings.
