“Fragile Transitions: Coastal Systems and the Socio-Economic and Environmental Effects of Climate Change” is the title of the second edition of the CeSSMed centre's Summer School. The free school was designed to provide participants with the fundamental knowledge to address climate challenges and promote international cooperation for sustainability, and will take place from September 9 to 13, 2024, at the Aresu Campus of the University of Cagliari.

The school offers a unique learning opportunity through lectures and creative workshops, with the goal of developing new skills and deepening knowledge of environmental dynamics.

The school is open to a wide range of participants, including university students, recent graduates, PhD students, professionals, public officials, and representatives of businesses and other organizations.

The school has been accredited for the awarding of 3 CFU (university credits) in all courses of the Department of Economic and Business Sciences, the Doctoral Programme "International PHD Programme in Economics and Business," and in the following Master's Degree courses:

Master's Degree in Public Administration Sciences

Master's Degree in International Relations

Master's Degree in Social Innovation and Communication

Master's Degree in Policies, Society, and Territory

It is possible to request accreditation for other Bachelor's Degrees, Master's Degrees, or Doctoral Programmes.
