We inform you that the conference entitled "Flexible Work and Well-being in Public Administrations: Challenges and Perspectives" will be held in Cagliari on October 10, 2025.

On October 10, 2025, starting at 9:00 a.m., the conference “Flexible Work and Well-being in Public Administrations: Challenges and Perspectives” will be held at the Arcari Hall, Department of Political and Social Sciences (Via Sant’Ignazio 86).

The conference concludes the SEWED project, funded by the Fondazione di Sardegna, which explored how flexible work is transforming Public Administration.
It will be an opportunity to share findings and reflections on innovation, well-being, and organizational sustainability.
