Abstract
This paper examines the case of Ms. Chantilly, Musée Condé 472 (13th century), which inaugurates the so-called "Gauvain Cycle". Through the selection of a series of Arthurian romances in which the legendary grandson of King Arthur appears, the codex would in fact constitute ˗ according to the criticism ˗ a structuring force also capable of acting on the text of each of the romances, to which are significantly opposed sections of Perlesvaus and Roman de Renart.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
