Abstract
The question of the regulation of the feedback systems in the rider relationship is of central importance, because the case is not regulated by the law on platform work. The analysis of the issue must be preceded by the indication of the functioning of the electronic device necessary for the evaluation of the performance of the rider. The goal can be achieved only if we focus on the link between the rating discipline and the legal nature of the rider relationship. It is therefore necessary to focus on the examination of the regulations on the subject if the platform work relationship is qualified as subordinate or hetero-organized, that is, in the two cases in which it is subject to the legislation on employee work contract. Subsequently, attention must be paid to the regulation of feedback when the rider is a coordinated and continuous collaborator or a self-employed person, that is to say when their work relationship is subject to the legislation on self-employment. The last part of the contribution is intended for the examination of a specific regulation proposal for the feedback system by the law and collective agreements, regardless of the legal nature of the rider platform work relationship.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
