Abstract
During the initial months of the pandemic, medical care processes were affected by multiple adversities: on the one hand the severity of the virus, on the other hand the restrictive protocols imposed to prevent the spreading of infection. In such a new context, healthcare workers have had to deal with an exceptional experience which is often demanding to understand. Qualitative analysis of selected evidence provided by physicians in medical literature has given rise to many urgent questions about the fundamental elements of care processes. In a critical discussion, the conceptual means of special pedagogy support the development of a clear awareness of the intersubjective dimension.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
