The Self-Assessment Committee (Commissione di Autovalutazione – C.A.V.) performs the functions assigned to the Quality Assurance Management Committee, as defined by the ANVUR-AVA framework. Specifically, the Committee is responsible for:
- Proposing the organizational structure, along with the related functions, responsibilities, and timelines, for the implementation of Quality Assurance (QA) processes within the PhD Study Programme;
- Verifying compliance with the requirements for the periodic accreditation of the PhD Study Programme;
- Assessing and evaluating the effectiveness of actions undertaken to improve the management and performance of the PhD Study Programme;
- Conducting in-depth analyses of the coherence between the intended learning outcomes, the objectives and the overall design of the PhD Study Programme;
- Monitoring data pertaining to students enrolled in the PhD Study Programme;
- Proposing corrective and improvement measures, where necessary;
- Drafting the Periodic Review Reports and the Cyclical Review Reports for the PhD Study Programme;
- Drafting the Annual Monitoring Reports for the PhD Study Programme.
