Abstract
Purpose of reviewSystemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a systemic autoimmune disease with dysregulated cells in the immune system. The disease affects organs like kidneys, nervous system, joints, and skin. To manage SLE effectively, novel treatments targeting immune system components have been developed.
