Abstract

The essay is about relationships between two disciplines, law and religion and constitutional law, as developed in the Italian legal debate. It looks at the opportunities and possibilities open and missed, both yesterday and today, of dialogue between the two disciplines; then it looks at the possible and above all desirable integration paths between law and religion and constitutional law.
