Abstract
In the modern high-paced technological world, it is crucial to adapt and innovate fast. In this respect, tools that can boost and accelerate these processes are in high demand. Specifically, Proof of concept (Poc) is used to get rapid proof that a new idea or technology is feasible. Despite the growing interest, Poc is still a novel tool with no defined procedures to follow. With this in mind, the authors suggest that knowing how to overcome common challenges at the beginning of Poc, will help to run ‘proofs of concepts’ effectively and arrive at reliable results. The authors derive and analyze the most common errors related to the Poc implementation and offer a framework that helps organizations set up and run the Poc.File | Size | Format | |
