Abstract
The contribution contains a reflection on the differences in treatment of a non-discriminatory nature by trend organizations in the Euro-unitary law, with particular attention to the notion of trend organization, to the essentiality, legitimacy and justification of religion and personal convictions requirements for the performance of the work activity and the principle of proportionality. Furthermore, it focuses on the determination of the obligations of good faith and non-working loyalty, with a parallel between the European and the Italian regulations. The last part, finally, concerns the analysis of the IR and Egenberger judgments of the European Court of Justice, relating to the institute in point.File | Size | Format | |
