Abstract

The contribution aims to highlight how much and how the national and regional regulations on apprenticeships and traineeships affect the spread of institutions within the Sardinian territory. The starting point is the statistical data relating to the use of apprenticeships and training by Sardinian entrepreneurs, while the reflection is made with respect to the impact exerted by the innovations introduced on the subject by law no. 92 of 2012 (better known as the "Fornero" Law) and by the legislative decrees implementing the delegated law no. 183 of 2014 (known as the "Jobs Act").
