Abstract
It is a matter of fact that the more data about the Influence Factors (IF) is available, the more significant the impact of a proper Quality of Experience (QoE) oriented service management is. However, to understand how much of resources is worth investing to acquire and manage this data, it is important to know what is the real value of the data related to each IF.
