Abstract
This book presents the rationale, methodologies, findings and related implications of a three-year multi-purpose study about guidance, participatory and work related teaching, calling, internships, and student placement in higher education among four universities in Italy. This research project was funded by the Italian Ministry of University and Research (MIUR) whose main goal is to design innovative strategies in higher education to support students’ career and employability. The results of the research project include examples, teaching methods and new theoretical models that can inform universities in the development of more effective educational institutions. Authors of the various chapters come from similar higher education settings, but each explores a different research question concerning students, teachers, administrators and other important stakeholders with an intent to better understand how to transform teaching and learning in higher education.File | Size | Format | |
