Giulia Sedda is currently non-tenure Assistant Professor in Biomedical Engineering (SSD ING-INF/06) at the Dept. of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, University of Cagliari, Italy. She is also a research team memeber of the MeDSP, Medical Devices and Signal Processing Lab, at the Dept. of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, University of Cagliari, Italy.

Her research activity is focused on medical devices, biomedical signal processing, and machine learning. In particular, neuromotor (tele)rehabilitation, and the interplay between perception and movement by means of the design and development of perceptual stimuli and experimental setups, supported by computational models.
